BIOGRAPHY
CINDY BALL, President and Managing Principal, has over 30 years of experience in education, youth development, non-profit management and as a social entrepreneur. As a public and private school educator and agency administrator, she has unique skills in engaging people on diverse issues, leading organizational and community growth initiatives. She applies cutting edge research to establish access based management systems, improve talent management practices, and increase business to community connections. Her evaluative and analytical skills have resulted in improved accountability and funding for the agencies and companies she has served.
As a social entrepreneur, Ms. Ball strives to procure innovative solutions to society’s most pressing social problems. She is both a visionary and realist; concerned with the practical implementation of the vision above all else. She invites diverse groups to share their unique experiences on various social issues thus allowing new ideas and perspectives to be recognized.
She presents ideas and concepts in a user-friendly, understandable and ethical manner in order to maximize the number of constituents that will stand up and take action on issues that concern them. In other words, she will engage people for local change – proving that anyone who is willing to channel their passion into action can turn into giant leaps for humankind. |
